Agreement Between User and Axeium Cloud

The Axeium Cloud website and services are operated by Brilogy Corporation. By accessing or using the Axeium Cloud platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Modification of Terms

Brilogy Corporation reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Axeium Cloud platform is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the service.

Links to Third Party Sites

The Axeium Cloud platform may contain links to other websites. Brilogy Corporation is not responsible for the contents of any linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Brilogy Corporation.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

As a condition of your use of Axeium Cloud, you warrant that you will not use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. You may not use the platform in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service.

HIPAA Compliance

Axeium Cloud is designed to comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). All protected health information (PHI) is encrypted in transit and at rest. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available for all subscribers.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Brilogy Corporation be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use Axeium Cloud.
