How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen. You'll receive an email with a secure link to reset your password. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you don't receive the email, contact support.

How do I add a new user to my practice?

Go to System Admin > Users > New User. Fill in the user details, assign a security role, and set their default facility. The new user will receive login credentials via email.

Can I access Axeium from my phone?

Yes! Axeium is available as a native app on iOS and Android, as well as through any mobile web browser. Your data syncs across all devices in real time.

How long does data migration take?

Basic migrations typically take 3-5 business days. Complex migrations from systems like eClinicalWorks or Epic may take 1-2 weeks depending on data volume and format. Migration is included with Professional and Enterprise plans.

Is my data backed up?

Yes. All data is stored on HIPAA-compliant cloud infrastructure with automated daily backups, geographic redundancy, and point-in-time recovery. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

How do I set up lab interfaces?

Contact our support team and we'll handle the full setup. We have certified interfaces with Quest Diagnostics, LabCorp, and can configure custom HL7 interfaces for hospital labs like Meditech.
